This Project was in Dubai Prosecution Parking Area. We done this project in shortest time within 2 days Demolishing work and one day Debris removal.

This project was one of our challenging projects. in this project we had 3000 L.Mtr Quay Wall underground with high water level, in first stage Dewatering Subcontractor did his job and then our work started with excavation on above the Quay Walls after that the main work it was to break the Quay Walls and take them out of chanal and then removing all debris up to bottom of Quay Walls, and in the end started do backfilling layer by layer in 30 Cm.

Demolition 5 Unites of 60 Unites Villas, Each Villas approximately was 5000 Sq.Mtr. including Basement, Ground floor and First Floor. All Unites New Constructed and they were Highly resistant to Earthquakes.

Demolition of Buildings Foundation. They were almost 3 to 5 meter underground. Excavation and Exposing, Demolition of Foundations and Backfilling were the Main works.
